Bedtime?...I Don't Think So

Calvin and Owen are in bed by 7:30 so I really look forward to "me time" in the evening. Even if I just use the time to clean or pay bills...the time is mine. But it is so hard to put Wyatt to sleep at 8:00. He may be getting sleepy, but he gets his second wind right before bedtime. He smiles, plays, crawls around. He is so cute. Then again I also think he is really cute while he sleeps too. Problem Solved.

Happy Days Are Here Again

The kid's first day of school! Then a few days later Owen started riding the bus. Oh I cried like a baby...YAH TEARS OF JOY! Just kidding. The boys were more than ready to start school again. But, Owen looked so tiny getting on that bus. Now we're just trying to get into routine again.

If You've Got It, Flaunt It!

The only thing Wyatt puts up a fight for is getting dressed. Like most babies he truly loves his birthday suit!

Pillow Fort

If you ever can't find one of our pillows or blankets, just track down the boys. They are always taking stuff from the house and making one of a kind forts. I believe that somehow this fort was suppose to be some type of pirate ship. Huh?

WE LOVE WYATT!

We all love Wyatt so, so much!!! He is such as great addition to our family. All he brings is love and laughter into our home. Granted, that could all change in a matter of months or weeks. But for now...We'll Take It.

Happy Father's Day!

Calvin and Owen helped decortate Jeremy's Father's Day cake. I love having boys that like helping me cook... ofcourse, only if there is nothing better to do..and only if the recipe calls for marshmallows, chocolate chips or frosting that can be licked off beaters.

Swim Lessons

Calvin and Owen did such a great job at swim lessons this year. Every time it was Owen's turn, he would politely ask his teacher..."Will you hold my hand?" She would politely say no and then he would jump into the water. Hey it never hurts to ask. Calvin has great form in all of his strokes, but does really well in the butterfly...one stroke I never mastered well. And of course Wyatt just sat outside with mom or dad feeling the 'warmth' of the glorious sun!

Wyatt Cash

I wouldn't trade this photo for anything in the world. This little boy is so amazingly sweet! He is so gentle and happy. I know it's only a matter of time before he will want to join Calvin and Owen in their quest for mischief. So until then, I am counting my blessings and hoping for the best!

Owen Crew

What can you say about Owen? He is still only 3 but likes to act like he's 6. Even though he can usually keep up with his older brother, we're often reminded of his age as he falls 'short' of activities that require a little more height than he has available at this time. He usually finds another way around and catches up to his brother in no time.

Calvin Kade

I can't believe how big Cal is getting. He will be in first grade this year! He is such fun. He still loves to climb and build things; but he also has a special talent of making Wyatt smile (as is evident from the photo above). A rough and tumble boy with side of sweetness.

Wyatt was laughing hysterically while Calvin repeated over & over some silly little song & dance. Calvin definately has the magic touch. Wyatt truly loves Calvin and Owen. His 2 older brothers always find time to entertain Wyatt and keep him happy (diaper duty excluded) if Mom is a little busy.

My Sweet Little Cutie Pie!

Wyatt was just happy to be out of the stroller! He is getting to be so much fun. And he's such a good baby! That's probably because he is still not speaking or walking...which only leads to backtalk & running off.

We Love the Zoo

I love these boys. I was really grateful that they didn't fall in the alligator infested lake while taking this picture. Just Kidding!

1,2,3 Little Monkeys

Of course, the kids loved the baboons. That should go without saying. When else can they point and laugh about a big, red bottom without getting in trouble.

Our trip to the Arabian desert (in Phoenix)

Calvin & Owen loved the camel ride. Unfortunately at $5 for a 2 minute ride, once is enough! Of course, now the boys can say they've ridden a camel. Can you say that?

This is the Good Life

AAHHH, CHOCOLATE! My boys really enjoyed Easter. Oh, and don't worry, I didn't actually let Wyatt suck on his chocolate bunny. I don't think my pediatrician wants to treat a 3 month old diabetic. Happy Easter everyone!

Sleepyheads

Jeremy and Wyatt decide to call it a night...even though it was only 2:30 in the afternoon. By the end of the long day, each member of our family had taken a nap. There is something so cute about my 2 boys sleeping so peacefully.

It's Not Fair!

Unable to keep up with the other kids, Wyatt gave up looking for eggs and pouted on the swing with Dad.

I've got work to do

Calvin poses for a quick photo. However, there is no time to waste when there is a limited number of Easter eggs to find. "Love ya Mom, but I gotta go!"

Silly Geese (sounds weird plural huh?)

Spencer, Ethan, and Calvin are certainly acting their age. I don't know what Aunt Stacey is doing. Just kidding. She had lots of fun while helping them decorate their eggs. With 9 kids around, we were thankful for the extra help from Stacey.

Awesome Easter weekend

Where else but Mesa, AZ can you play in the sprinklers on the same day you color Easter eggs? The whole weekend was perfect weather for our family festivities. Here Owen shows off his 'spider' egg.

My Three Sons

2 Cuties

Calvin and Wyatt are both so very cute! Not much else can be said ... the picture speaks for itself.

All Hail King Wyatt

Calvin thinks Wyatt is so cute he calls him "King of all the Babies". Next thing I know Cal is cutting and taping and cutting some more. If you can't tell, Wyatt now dons a very regal paper crown.

Look Out Veggies!

Owen loves to cook! As a little boy he also loves the fact that there is a "gun" (salad shooter) that he can shoot out vegetables. I only wish he would eat his vegetables now.

Forget Superman...Here is Supercute!

Owen used to hate posing for pictures! Which is why I will have to explain to his wife someday why he has no good photos of his life from 15 months to 3 years of age. However, he has turned a new leaf as evidenced by this super cute picture of him at Grandma's house in Pinetop.

Splish Splash

Wyatt really loves bathtime. Like his brothers, he has got nice strong legs which can kick like crazy and splash Mom.

Picture Perfect

Calvin and Owen couldn't have asked for a better evening. They played at the park, had a picnic and fed the ducks and geese. Who needs Chuck E. Cheese?

And Wyatt Makes Three

We are so proud to introduce the newest addition to our family... Wyatt Cash Grant! He weighed in at 8 lbs. 12-1/2 oz. and was 19" long. He was born on December 18, 2006. You never know how siblings are going react when the baby actually comes home to their 'territory'. But so far, Calvin and Owen have been incredibly loving, sweet and helpful. Of course, I'm not naive either. I've learned how boys tick and what ticks them off. So as long as Wyatt continues to be sweet, never touches their toys, doesn't look at their toys, and doesn't embarrass them in front of their friends...He'll be just fine! Wish us luck.

Happy Valentine's Day!

We like celebrating Valentine's Day with a very pink and red breakfast... strawberry oatmeal, heart-shaped cinnamon rolls, and strawberry milk. Calvin and Owen even managed to show their 'softer side' with a little hug for one another.
